Q&A: On electric power chairs are there any with an overall width of 23 inches or less ?

Question by Bernard T: On electric power chairs are there any with an overall width of 23 inches or less ?
Due too bathroom doors of 24 inches in width I need a Power Chair less than 23 inches in total width, the chair is for indoor use only. I am looking for examples of chairs that can be used.

The problem here is that chairs, whether power or manual, should be chosen to fit the user, not the door. If the user is extremely slim, then you should have no difficulty in finding a power chair to fit.

If the user is permanently in a chair, it should be chosen in conjunction with either a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist, not just because it feels comfortable or fits through a particular door.

For those who are handicap or a lil tired of walking the board walk. I figure theirs already one just give them a lil Competition I think it’s a nice idea and please ppl give me real feedback or good,bad,or indifferent.

Sounds like a nice idea, but I would look to see how the other place is doing with business. If they are very busy renting these items, a little competition will be good, but if they aren’t that busy by renting, the only thing you will do is flood the rental market and probably loose money ! But it sounds like a good Idea, Good Luck with it !
